Man seriously injured in Milton Keynes crash

Officers are investigating after a man was seriously injured in a collision on V8 Marlborough Street at the junction with Chadds Lane on Thursday, February 20, at around 7.30pm.

A black Lexmoto moped and a blue Jaguar XJ were involved in the collision.

The rider of the moped, a man in his thirties, sustained a broken leg and was taken to hospital for treatment.

Investigating officer, PC Alistair Bennett, of the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit, said: "I am appealing for any witnesses to this collision to please come forward.

"I would also urge any motorists in the area around the time of this incident to please check any dash-cam footage in case it may have captured something that could assist with the investigation.

"Anyone with information can call police on the non-emergency number 101 or make a report online quoting reference 43200059529.
