Polish-born Pawel Skubek died at an address in Clay Hill, Two Mile Ash, in February.
A woman aged 49 and a 24-year-old man were arrested at the time on suspicion of murder.

Hide AdNow, four months on, police have concluded their investigation and are satisfied there was "no third party involvement" in Mr Skubek's death.
Senior investigating officer Detective Chief Inspector Andy Shearwood, of the Major Crime Unit, said: “Following this tragic incident, an investigation was launched into the circumstances of Mr Skubek’s death.
He added: “We are now satisfied that there was no third party involvement and a file will now be passed to the Buckinghamshire coroner."
“A 24-year-old man and a 49-year-old woman who were arrested in connection with this investigation have now been released with no further action to be taken.

Mr Skubek's family said: “Paweł was a much loved son, husband, father, brother and a friend of many. May his soul rest in heaven. He will forever be in our hearts.
“We all love you and hope you are at peace now."
