Milton Keynes murder victim named with killer still at large after Aylesbury man, 36, and boy, 16, released without charge
The 26-year-old man who lost his life after a stabbing in Bletchley has been named after a post mortem and his killer remains at large after police released an Aylesbury man, 36, and boy, 16, without charge and are no longer treating them as suspects.
Police say the victim has been formally identified as Mohammed Tanveerul Islam, who was tragically stabbed to death in Brooklands Road at around 11.20pm on Thursday (July 30).

A Home Office post-mortem examination on Saturday (August 1) found Mohammed died of a stab wound to the chest.
Following extensive investigation work over the last 48 hours, police have now revealed they have released the 16-year-old boy from Milton Keynes and 36-year-old man from Aylesbury, who were arrested on suspicion of murder. Police say no further action is being taken against the duo, who are no longer being treated as suspects.

Police say they continue to support the victim’s family at this extremely difficult time.
The Force have also moved to try and reassure concerned residents they are working tirelessly to find Mohammed’s killer in what is a complex investigation.
Detective Superintendent Jon Capps, of the Major Crime Unit, said: “Firstly, I would like to extend my sincere condolences to the family and friends of Mohammed. Our thoughts remain with them at what is an extremely difficult time.
"Following the tragic murder and three arrests on Thursday evening, we have spoken to numerous witnesses, completed a significant amount of house-to-house enquiries and CCTV enquires.
“There are many other developing lines of enquiry and there is a large investigation team working tirelessly to find who is responsible.
"We recognise that this news will be concerning for the community. This remains a complex investigation and we continue to appeal for your help.
"We are appealing this afternoon for any information about a male seen on an e-scooter in the Water Eaton Road area and the wider Central Bletchley area in the late evening on Thursday. The only description we have, at this time, is that the male was wearing dark clothing.
“We would ask anyone who lives in the area with a video doorbell or CCTV, or anyone who was driving in the surrounding area at the time with a dash-cam, to check their recordings in case they captured anything relevant to our investigation and report it to us.
"If you saw something in the surrounding areas, and are not sure whether you should report it, please get in touch. Any information, no matter how insignificant it may seem, could be helpful for us to understand more about what took place that night.
"You will continue to see an increased police presence in the area. Our officers are there to help, so please do speak with them if you have any concerns or questions."
Anyone with information is asked to call 101, contact police via the website or visit a police station, quoting reference number 43260393336.
Alternatively, you can provide information 100% anonymously to independent charity Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555 111 or via its website.
Milton Keynes commander Chief Superintendent Emma Baillie said: “We understand this will be concerning for the community but our investigation continues at pace and community safety remains our priority.
“This is a complicated investigation and our detectives continue to work hard to understand the circumstances and, as always, we remain in close contact with the relevant partners.
"We are continuing our fast-moving enquiries to bring those responsible for this tragic murder to justice.”
