But Karen Hauley was told her sentence would be suspended for 12 months because magistrates took her guilty plea into account.
Ms Hauley, who lives in Wistmans on Furzton, appeared at MK Magistrates court charged with driving a Ford Fiesta on the A421 Standing Way in Milton Keynes on February 26 after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in her breath was 162 microgrammes per 100 millilitres of breath.

The court heard she was breathalysed after being involved in a road traffic accident.
As well as the suspended sentence, Ms Hauley was banned from driving for 40 months and ordered to pay £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service as well as a £122 surcharge to fund victim services.
