A teenager is being sought by police after smashing windows at Milton Keynes College’s Bletchley Campus.

On May 23, the same night the college hosted its Student of the Year competition, a man described as being in his late teens, jumped the fence before smashing the windows in the refectory.

Deputy principal, Nick Isles, said: “It was some minor, mindless vandalism. Security saw it was a youth and nothing too serious happened, there was no break in and no theft.

“Our security team did well and managed to get a good description of him to police. The important thing for us is the safety of everyone here. As usual with any incident like this we check our security provisions and in this case he was very lucky to get away.”

The teenager is described as white, around 5ft 3ins tall, wearing a black hooded top with the hood up and black jeans.

Police are investigating and urge anyone with information to call them on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
