Police have seized a large amount of cannabis plants from a residential property on a city estate.

They entered the house of Thursday evening and discovered a hydroponic cannabis system.

Officers remained at the house during the night and yesterday (Friday) and the plants have been removed,

A police spokesman said today: "Police were called to a cannabis growing setup in Oldbrook. They located lots of cannabis plants that had been grown. The investigation is ongoing at this time."
