Police dispose of used syringes in Milton Keynes

The police have collected syringes left in an underpass in Bletchley after a concerned resident found and reported the needles.
A message posted on social media yesterday (February 7) reiterated that Thames Valley Police are happy to intervene in these situations as they have the equipment to remove potentially dangerous items safely.

Hide AdA spokesperson for the Thames Valley Police said: "A member of the public approached PCSO C8296 yesterday and was concerned as they had seen used syringes in an underpass in Bletchley. We have re attended with the right equipment and safely collected and disposed of these. We are always happy to help in these situations."
