Police hunt thug who dragged woman across pavement in Milton Keynes

A woman was injured after being attacked by a six-foot man at a bus stop at The Point on Midsummer Boulevard.

The attack took place at around 2.40pm on Sunday April 11.

The incident started off as a verbal altercation, which escalated when the man grabbed the victim around the neck.

He then lifted her off the ground, before dragging her a short distance between The Point and the Centre:MK shopping centre.

The victim suffered an injury to her ear lobe as a result.

The offender is described as a black man, around 30 years old, approximately six-foot tall and medium build with black dreadlock hair. He was seen wearing a black coat, dark tracksuit trousers, trainers and a black face mask.

PC Tanya Watkins, of Milton Keynes police station, said: “We would like to speak to anyone who witnessed this assault or may have been in the area at the time. Perhaps you were at the bus stop waiting for the bus? We are keen to hear from anyone who can help us with this investigation.
