Investigating officer PC Charles Holsey, based at Milton Keynes police station, said: “I am appealing to anyone who saw this van driving in a dangerous way or has any dashcam footage of this incident to get in touch. As this van narrowly avoided colliding with other vehicles, I believe that there are a number of witnesses who could assist with this investigation.
