Today's daily management meeting, chaired by Chief Inspector Kelly Gardner, heard there had also been one residential burglary and 12 domestic crimes reported since yesterday morning.

The four sexual offences have been passed to CID for investigation, while investigations have already been launched into the seven violent offences.

The include one alleged offence involving a knife in a public place, five allegations of assault causing actual bodily harm and one causing grievous bodily harm.

Early turn officers also had to deal with one missing person investigation, where enquiries are ongoing to locate the individual safe and well at this time, and two ongoing unauthorised encampments in MK.

A police spokesman said: "There are also 18 open jobs for attendance (three domestics) and 16 reported crimes for our Smarter Resolution team to follow up with victims today. Remember - these are new offences in addition to ongoing investigations that the teams carry."
