Stolen vehicle recovered from Milton Keynes burglary

Thames Valley Police confirmed they have located a previously stolen car, but still want witnesses to come forward.

Yesterday (January 31) a black Nissan Qashqai was reported stolen by the police following a break in on Hadrians Drive, Bancroft Milton Keynes on Friday (January 29).

Although the vehicle has been located the police are still investigating the burglary with the keys for the vehicle still missing.

The burglary took place at approximately 2:45am on Friday with the unknown offender breaking into the house to steal car keys before taking the car.

Investigating officer, Detective Constable Lisa Pesquero, based at Milton Keynes police station, said: “Yesterday we appealed for information to trace a black Nissan Qashqai. Officers have now located this vehicle.

“Our investigation is ongoing and we are continuing to appeal for information around the burglary.

“If anyone has information we would ask them to please contact 101 or report online quoting reference 43210039029 or alternatively if you wish to report anonymously you can do so by contacting the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
