Police want to speak to this man after a passenger’s mobile phone was stolen from a train.

The victim was travelling on a London to Crewe train from on August 28, and got off at Wolverton at around 9.50pm.

He had his mobile phone with him and used it to make a call during the journey. However, when he went to alight from the train, he realised it was missing.

PC Alex Trivino said: “The victim contacted the train manager who asked via the public address system if anyone had seen the victim’s phone on board the train.

“There was no response and the phone has not been handed in at any lost property office and is, therefore, being treated as stolen.”

If you recognise the man in the photograph, who is believed to have got off at Birmingham, call British Transport Police on Freefone 0800 405040 or text 61016. Alternatively call Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.

In all calls, please quote incident reference MSUB/B3 of 14/10/14.
