Two lanes are blocked on the M1 between Milton Keynes and Northampton following a rush-hour crash.

Highways England first reported the incident involving a car and a lorry near Newport Pagnell Services just after 8am on Wednesday.

Later reports showed the incident had been cleared and all lanes were open again but traffic remains stalled back beyond junction 13 and will take time to clear.
