Police are investigating after a woman, in her twenties, was attacked while sitting in a car in Asda car park, Bletcham Way, on Wednesday, February 26.

At around 8.35pm a man approached the car and attacked the victim, he then ran away in the direction of the football stadium.

The victim sustained cuts to her arm and leg that required surgery. She remains in hospital.

The offender is described as a white man, around 5ft 8ins tall and in his twenties.

Investigating officer, Detective Sergeant Adam Billingham, based at Milton Keynes police station, said: “I am appealing for witnesses, or anyone who has any information about this incident, to please come forward.

“I would also urge any motorists who have a dash-cam and were in the local area around the time of the incident to check the footage in case it has captured something that could assist with the investigation.
