Police are investigating after a car was driven at a woman in Milton Keynes on Thursday night.

At around 10pm on Thursday, May 28, an altercation took place between a woman in her twenties and a man on Phoenix Drive, Leadenhall.

The man is then alleged to have driven a grey Mercedes Benz GLA at the woman clipping her leg.

The woman has then escaped in a friends’ car, a white BMW 6 Series.

The man in the Mercedes Benz GLA has then followed them on to the V6 Grafton Street in a southbound direction.

They have then gone all the way around the roundabout and then North on the V6.

Outside the entrance to Bleak Hall the Mercedes is reported to have overtaken the victim’s car, and then reversed at speed into the BMW causing extensive damage.

The woman in her twenties received bruising to her legs and the friend who was driving the BMW, a man in his twenties, has neck pain.

Detective Constable Jillian Bell, of Force CID based at Milton Keynes, said: “We are appealing for witnesses to these incidents which happened on Phoenix Drive and then on Bleak Hall.

“We are particularly keen on hearing from anyone who may have CCTV or dash-cam footage which may have captured these incidents or the lead up to the incidents.

“One man has been arrested and has been bailed and our investigation is ongoing.”

A 52-year-old man from Milton Keynes has been arrested on suspicion of attempted grievous bodily harm. He has been released on police bail until June 25.
