Young woman charged with preventing lawful burial of baby in Milton Keynes
A 19-year-old woman faces a court trial accused of stopping a baby from having a 'lawful and decent' burial.

Jessica Cooper, who lives at Shenley Brook End, appeared before Milton Keynes Magistrates' Court charged with preventing the burial of Garrick Cooper.
The offence is alleged to have happened in June 2018, 15 weeks after Garrick was born.
Miss Cooper is pleading not guilty to the charge, which comes under Common Law, and has been committed to Aylesbury Crown Court for trial.
She has been given unconditional bail.
