A day off the tiles for cancer charity
Employees from 21 Topps Tiles stores around Milton Keynes tookon the mighty Great Linford FC in a charity match in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.
The family fun event, attended by more than 100 people at Newport Pagnell FC raised over £700 for the charity.
Jamie Lawson, of Topps Tiles, said: “All the lads couldn’t wait to show Great Linford FC what we were made of.
“They did beat us 7-0, but the money we raised has definitely softened the blow of the defeat.”
