Former cook Dorothy Belton celebrated her 103rd birthday on Sunday with a party and a raucous sing song.
Dorothy is the oldest resident at Kents Hill Care home and one of the oldest women in MK.
She and farm worker husband Alfred brought up seven children and lived on farms in Gayhurst, Castlethorpe and Filgrave.
Today she has seven grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren – with two more on the way
In the 1950s she was head cook for the Diplomatic Wireless Service at Hanslope Park.
Care home spokesman Annette Nash said: “She is a lovely lady who loves music – as long as it is lively.”
