The Easter Bunny made his way to Mead Open Farm for Easter today, and brought chocolate with him.
Taking up residence in his very own magical springtime garden Mead Open farm’s new mascot, Hoppy, has plenty of treats in store over the two week Easter Holiday. With a magical springtime theme, Hoppy will make special appearances in his undercover garden where children will be able to hop along to meet real cute and fluffy rabbits, see the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party and even follow the Easter Chick Trail to earn themselves a special chocolate treat!
Sue Heast, owner, said: “Easter is a very special time of year at the farm, with plenty of Spring babies, lamb bottle feeding and of course Easter-themed fun! What better way to enjoy the Easter Holidays than being able to meet the Easter Bunny! Who knows, he may like it here so much he’ll become a permanent resident!”
The Easter fun continues with visitors being able to take the Super Egg Launcher Challenge, meet the newborns in the Lamb Nursery and plenty of furry friends in the Bunny Hop. Easter also sees the return of the popular Tractor & Trailer Rides and Sheep Races
Based in Billington, near Leighton Buzzard, Mead Open Farm is open every day from 10am. For more information and prices, visitors can go to www.meadopenfarm.co.uk.
