This past weekend he treated Glastonbury revellers to a fabulous hit soaked set, which followed a triumphant last minute date at Milton Keynes Theatre earlier this month.

But it’s still not too late to catch Elvis Costello - and Then Imposters - live this summer.

On July 13 he will play in Suffolk, at Thetford Forest.

In a career spanning 35 years, his songbook of classic material has given listeners gems including Alison, Watching The Detectives, Pump It Up, Pills and Soap, Oliver’s Army and I Can’t Stand Up (For Falling Down). Elvis is a new wave survivor, whose memorable music has ensured an adoring fan-base on both sides of the Atlantic.

Forest Live is an independent programme organised by the Forestry Commission.

Free of commercial branding and sponsorship, income generated from ticket sales is spent on improving the local forests for people and wildlife, giving you plenty of reasons to purchase a ticket.

They are on sale at £39 (subject to booking fee).
