"I actually felt the top floor of the apartment shake and my windows and doors creaked for about one second," said a resident in Skye Crescent on Newton Leys.

Experts have yet to confirm this was an earthquake. But if it is confirmed, this will be the third shake to affect MK this month.

The first mini quake happened on September 8, with hundreds of residents reporting they experienced tremors.

A minor 3.8 magnitude earthquake was logged at 9:45 am with the British Geological Survey, who said Leighton Buzzard was the epicentre.

Days later, on September 15, a 2.1-magnitude earthquake hit Leighton Buzzard again, this time at 11.20pm. And again, people in parts of MK could feel the tremor.
