Didier Turner, from Silver Street, in Newport Pagnell, has complained to Milton Keynes Council (MKC) after dog faeces bags have been left underneath a regular bin which is 'always overflowing'.

The landlord says although he has contacted MKC, which is responsible for the bin, 'nothing has been done' to fix the issue.

He said: "The bin is always overflowing, with bags of dog excrement on the ground. The smell is foul and, to say the least, very unhealthy, if not dangerous for the many children who use this area.

"This bin is for normal waste only, it is not a specifically designated dog waste bin and should not be used as such. This revolting eyesore has been going on for months now. There needs to be a designated dog waste bin in this area away from residential properties."

Didier said other residents of the street are unhappy with the situation

MKC has been contacted for comment.
