A family fun day in aid of a cancer charity is being hosted by a business based in Bletchley.
A grand raffle with some fabulous prizes will be one of the features of the event, being held on Bank Holiday Monday, August 31, at The Scots Club, Selbourne Avenue, Bletchley, MK3 5BX, from 1pm until 5pm.
Organised and hosted by Xpress Relocation Ltd, a family-run company, the fun day will be raising funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.
There will be barbecue food, cake and sweet stalls, tombola, lucky dips, bouncy castle, face painting, music, penalty shoot out and much more.
The two main events will take place at 2.30pm when a ‘Brave the Shave’ takes place and at 4pm the raffle will be drawn.
This features some superb prizes kindly donated by local people and business and includes a 40-inch TV, Samsung tablet, MK Dons merchandise and football tickets, dinner vouchers, gift cards and lots more.
A spokeswoman for the company said: “Our family has been recently affect by cancer, as have many families. We want to help and give something back to Macmillan so decided to arrange the fun day fundraiser.”
Admission is free to the fun day and all are welcome.
