Female workers tied up in store robbery

Two female members of staff were tied up during a robbery at the One Stop Shop in Two Mile Ash this morning.

They were opening the High Street store at 6am when two men entered the shop via a back door.

One of the women was pushed to the floor and both had their hands tied behind their backs.

The offenders removed cash from the safe before leaving.

“This was a very frightening experience for the two women and thankfully they were not injured,” said Det Sgt Luke Grove, from Force CID Milton Keynes.

“I would ask any member of the public who was in the area this morning to contact police with anything they may have seen.”

The first offender is 5ft 7ins, medium or slim build and Asian. He was wearing a black coat with a hood covering his hair, blue denim 747 Levi jeans, black trainers and blue gardening style gloves.

The second offender is Asian with brown eyes and facial hair on his top lip. He was wearing glasses and a balaclava made out of T-Shirt material.
