Firefighters called to 'suspected arson' attack at Milton Keynes play area

Firefighters were called to a 'suspected arson' attack at a play area in Milton Keynes.

The incident happened in Medale Road, Beanhill, on Sunday (September 27) at around 1.40pm.

Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service said it sent one fire engine and crew to the scene, who used a hose reel.

Thames Valley Police (TVP) has opened an investigation after the issue was reported to them.

A TVP spokesperson said logs and tree foliage had been set alight in the play area.
