Firefighters '˜save' swans from Willen Lake's flood channel in Milton Keynes
Firefighters rescued two swans from the flood channel at Willen Lake earlier today (March 3).
The RSPCA were ‘concerned’ about two swans in the flood channel between the lake and the River Ouzel and asked the team for assistance.
The crew from Newport Pagnell were taking part in water rescue training nearby.
Firefighters were able to round up the swans and return them to the lake.
