A gym looking over Willen Lake is ready to welcome new members after a £100,000 refurb.
Freedom Leisure has new equipment and an improved layout for people to maximise their workout.
The brand new cardio room has been kitted out with 36 Technogym machines including treadmills, cross trainers, Concept rowers and bikes.
The main gym has been completely refurbished with over 40 pieces of equipment including a selection of weights, pin-loaded machines and a new squat rack.
A key update to the gym is a large dedicated functional training zone equipped with kettlebells, hand weights, fit balls and a range of new items designed to challenge stability, strength and co-ordination. This new area is fully supported by training sessions to help people gain confidence in using the kit correctly.
The studio has also seen improvement. This includes new LES MILLS Body Pump™ kit, mats and yoga equipment. More classes have been added including the increasingly popular INSANITY class and Running Drill sessions.
Outside, Freedom Fitness Milton Keynes has been improved through essential maintenance work and decoration.
Patrick Mills, Freedom Fitness Club Manager, said: “We are delighted to have completed the refurbishment works and the result is fantastic.
“Having kept the centre open during the works has shown that our members are at the heart of what we do.
“Our upgrade isn’t just decorative, plenty of new machines and kit have been installed to bring the site up-to-date and to enable members to use the very latest equipment to help them achieve their fitness goals.”
Freedom Fitness Milton Keynes offers great value memberships from just £20 per month as well as pay-as-you-go classes and gym sessions.
