Hide AdCo-owner Richard has formed a special charity partnership with Willen Hospice which provides specialist end-of-life care to local patients and support for their families.
Football has paid a significant part in Richard’s fundraising, with several juniors versus adults events.
The latest was held at the end of February at the purpose-built Lucozade Powerleague centre in Fyfield Barrow, Milton Keynes, with Richard’s sons Max and Harry taking part in the under 10s and under 13s teams.
More than 30 footie fans attended, and donations and collections raised another £220, taking Richard to 88 per cent of his target. The total now stands at £8,877.31.

“Everyone had a great time and we have been asked if we can make this a regular event.”
Other events to boost funds included a second weekend of collecting at Dobbies Garden Centre early this month and a Bathworks versus Willen Vets football game planned for the end of April.
Richard has received great support from his wife Kelly, as well as his sons, friends and work colleagues from Bathworks, not to mention local people and families who enjoy football challenges.
