IT’S last orders at this year’s Bucks Open Studios event this week, with the curtain falling on the show this Sunday.
This year’s artistic event, the largest in the county, has welcomed more than 500 artists and makers across the region, all showing their wares, demonstrating their crafts and running events for the general public.
If you are in search of a new wall hanging, a showpiece sculpture or even a majestic piece of jewellery, you will find this the ideal opportunity to make a perfect purchase.
Participants include painters, glass workers, wood turners, basket weavers, metal workers, book makers, print makers and silk painters, to name a few.
Here in the new city, artworks:mk in Great Linford, Olney Pottery, erm in Olney, Fenny Stratford gallery Tecton, The Farmhouse at Bradwell Abbey, Foxton Studios at Woughton Park, Leary Crescent in Newport Pagnell and Weavers End in Hanslope have all been making their presence known...and it’s not too late to take a peek inside at many of the art hubs.
