Have you ever wanted to try your hand at willow weaving? Or just wondered what it is?
Then get to Frosts Garden Centre on March 6, when the classes are back by popular demand.
Whether you are looking for a fun day out, a new hobby, or just some inspiration, willow weaving is an artform which celebrates nature and leaves you with a beautiful memento to display in the garden at home.
Frosts’ one-day course will guide participants through each stage in creating their very own willow chicken, goose or dragonfly.
The hands-on course is part of Frosts’ gardening and country living workshop series which offers monthly activities throughout 2015. The workshops are designed to offer visitors the opportunity to learn new skills and enjoy a hands-on activity; each one celebrates the best of country living and will leave visitors with new expertise, ideas for activities to try at home and a memento from the day.
The course begins at 10am and finishes at 4pm on Friday, March 6. Tickets cost £50 and include all materials and tuition. Refreshments will be available to purchase from the Garden Room Restaurant during a 30-minute lunch break.
Pre-booking is essential.
