Go Outdoors Milton Keynes announces temporary pop-up shop

Following a fire at its premises in The Place Retail Park last month which led to significant damage, GO Outdoors, the UK's largest outdoor retailer, will run a temporary marquee on the car park of the existing site from August 13.

This will be followed by the reopening of the original unit once all refurbishment works have been completed.

“Since opening in April 2013, the store has been an integral part of the community and providing outdoor equipment to the town. The GO Outdoors Milton Keynes team are now working as quickly as possible to get the pop-up store up and running so that we can continue to serve the community with the best customer service,” said GO Outdoors manager Glyn Roberts,

The temporary marquee will be located on the car park of the Go Outdoors Milton Keynes store, located at Central Retail Park, Patriot Drive. Ot will stock a selected range of tents, camping accessories and equipment to accommodate the high demand during summer holidays.

The temporary marquee will match the regular store opening times of 9am - 8pm Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm Saturday and Sunday 10.30am – 4.30pm.

The Click and collect service will still be available onsite too, offering customers the chance to order through online and collect from the temporary unit.
