The winner of Great British Bake Off is moving to Milton Keynes - to make dough in the big city.
Nadiya Hussain, who grew up in Luton, won the hearts of the nation when she took home the 2015 trophy last month.
Now the mum-of-three plans to move to MK from Leeds to be nearer London - where she has been inundated with TV and cookery book offers.
Mrs Hussain told The Sun newspaper: “When I entered the show my husband said if I won we’d put the house up for sale.
“So we did it that same day. Now we’re moving to Milton Keynes.
I’ll be closer to my family who can help look after the children.”
Nadiya beat finalists Ian Cumming and Tamal Ray to the GBBO title last month when she impressed judges Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood with her superb showstopper.
She added: “It is just a short commute to London, so I won’t miss out on opportunities.
“I’ve had some amazing offers. It’s been really tough not being able to say ‘Yes’.”
