Head office staff from the energie Group were among 30,000 across the country to step up for National Fitness Day.
They joined with members of the public at energie Fitness for Women in Fenny Stratford on Friday where there was a 30-minute Zumba class held to support the day, which promotes fitness and wellbeing.
Vicki Harrison, organiser, said: “National Fitness Day is incredibly important for people in Milton Keynes and the ideal opportunity for anyone thinking about changing their attitude towards getting healthier. If ever there was a time for someone to kick-start a new fitness regime, National Fitness Day is it. We had a fantastic day and we were delighted to see many new faces join us on the day and talk about their own personal fitness goals.”
The organisers and partners behind the day included energie Group, Sanofi Inspires, Change4Life and UKactive and they were all looking to drum up support for charity partner the Teenage Cancer Trust
