Working with expert Kamal Saggu’s who has years of experience working at MK Hospital with people recovering from injuries, the team at énergie have developed a low impact conditioning class to develop fitness and muscular strength in a fun, inclusive small group class environment.

“I was really excited to get the opportunity to bring my professional experience and knowledge into the gym environment as a Personal Trainer”, says Kamal.

Rob, Owner of énergie Fitness Milton Keynes said, “Our gym has members who suffer from muscular or skeletal issues, mobility issues, injuries. Although our expert trainers can tailor almost any class to the needs of individuals in the group, there wasn’t anything specifically for those less mobile or confident members in the programme.”

With some practice, testing and adaptation, Rob’s team have created a totally inclusive class. It uses bands, light weights, medicine balls and the club’s YARD training space means the resulting “Low Impact Conditioning Class” is ideal for anyone who wants to strengthen, tone and get fitter in a controlled, small group environment.

People can get a free trial of the class by contacting the club’s manager Rob Francis.

“We hope that this new class will encourage more people who might otherwise lack the confidence to join a gym, to get involved, get fit and have fun along the way,” says Rob. “We are steadily creating a real community here at énergie, it really is the place where you can belong.”
