Healthcare chiefs will hold their annual general meeting this month, at the Milton Keynes Clinical Commissioning Group AGM on September 17.
The CCG will present its annual report, covering the first full year of existence since it was formed in April 2013. The organisation oversses and commissions healthcare across the city, including GPs and Milton Keynes Hospital.
Speakers will include GP chair Dr Nicola Smith, acting chief officer Matthew Webb, director of transformation and delivery Donna Derby, and director of nursing, quality and safeguarding Jill Wilkinson.
There will also be a question and answer session for the public.
Dr Smith said: “Our AGM presents us with the opportunity to outline our work and share the key achievements of our first year as a CCG with members of the public, and give a clear view of how we plan to improve health services in Milton Keynes.”
The AGM will be held at the Guildhall, Cornerstone Church, Milton Keynes, on September 17 from 6.30-8.30pm.
