Santa paid a super early visit to Willen Hospice in a bid to help it reach its fundraising target of £7 a MINUTE.
To stay open, the hospice needs to raise £3.6m every year.
Already it is planning a Christmas spectacular event – in the form of its first ever sponsored Santa Dash.
Adults, children and even dogs are invited to complete a lap of Willen Lake dressed as Father Christmas on December 20.
The registration fee includes a Santa outfit for grown-ups, a Santa hat for kids and reindeer antlers for the dogs.
Hospice events manager Sarah Sweet-Rowley said: “It’s going to be wonderful to see hundreds of people from our community dressing as Father Christmas and having fun, but at the same time raising funds.”
“We need to raise £7 each and every minute of the year towards funding the specialist care Willen Hospice provides to our patients and their loved ones.”
