High Sheriff re-opens Willen hospice book shop
The High Sheriff of Buckinghamshire, Francesca Skelton, reopened Willen Hospice's Stony Stratford book shop on Friday.
The book shop was closed earlier in the year because it was costing too much to run.
But now members of the hospice team and volunteers have put together a new plan aiming to cut costs by staffing the store entirely with volunteers.
Under this new model it is hoped the shop can operate profitably and go forward say hospice bosses.
