Homeless man robbed at knifepoint on Milton Keynes redway

A homeless man was robbed at knifepoint yesterday (June 29) while he slept on a redway near Saxon Street, Milton Keynes.

The incident happened around 1am in the subway between Fishermead and Oldbrook. He was woken to see three men all wearing masks, black clothing and gloves. They were all around 6ft.

The men demanded money, and one of them produced a four-inch knife.The victim pushed one of the men man away and attempted to run off, but one of the assailants swung a knife at him, ripping a small hole in the victim’s clothing.The victim continued running towards Oldbrook. Nothing was stolen.
