Lynn Mcbrearty is aiming to run the London Marathon, cycle 100 miles then swim two across the Serpentine - all within the next five months.

A personal trainer who runs A Fitter Life, Lynn wants to raise awareness and support for the charity Debra, which supports a genetic skin condition called EB and also show people that age shouldn’t stop them achieving their dreams.

Lynn changed careers at the age of 50 following 34 years in a desk-bound job.

She is currently working to improve her fitness levels, which, despite her job, are not brilliant, she says.

“All I do all day is stand around watching my clients workout!” she said.
