Jamie Stimpson and Mister Vee – aka JSMV – are readying themselves for another summer of success, and are ready to up the ante with the release of their cracking new single FREE, which is set for release in August.

“It’s about wanting to stand out, reaching new places and breaking free from the ordinary,” Jamie told me.

“It’s about making a statement, showing the world that you can do what you want to do, and that there are no limits...”

The duo have been bothering the iTunes chart on a regular basis in recent times, and every single release has charted higher than its predecessor.

In April Hypnotized reached No.11. If the upward curve continues, they’ll be Top 10 successes in no time.

JSMV have a heap of gigs to plough through in the coming months, including a return to Cardiff to perform at Pride Cymru 2014, in August.

MKs urban-ites will be stage sharing with Union J, Eternal, Misha B and Nicki French.

Unsurprisingly, they are counting down the days.

“We cannot wait to get back to Cardiff, especially since playing at the Millennium Stadium last year,” Jamie told City Nights.

“Things are moving in the right direction and we are pushing really hard for things...gigs like this help to open many doors and we’ve many more achievements to come...”
