Young scientists at Busy Bees nursery took part in exciting experiments during British Science Week.

Children at the Browns Wood nursery tried their hand at early years science, maths, technology and engineering in a range of fun educational experiments.

Staff helped tots to experiment with magical jelly and learnabout chemical reactions by mixing soda water with vinegar to create erupting volcanoes.

Nursery manager Fiona Harvey said: “The staff look forward to British Science Week as much as the children do because it’s a chance to come up with some captivating ways to demonstrate how exciting maths, science and technology can be.”
