Milton Keynes youngsters are being offered the chance to enter a knitting challenge to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

Trampoline retailer Super Tramp is running the challenge during May 2013.

They have offered young children and their parents a free pattern created by knitwear designer Rebecca Peach.

These patterns are available at and will be knitted in to legwarmers, which will then be sold in aid of the charity.

Super Tramp managing director Chris Prentis said: “Our plea asking people to knit legwarmers, which will be sold in aid of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, has been incredibly popular.

“Knitting is a great skill to have and we thought it’d be lovely if children could get involved too.”

The Cystic Fibrosis Trust helps people with the genetic condition, which shortens lives to the point where means most people die before celebrate their 40th birthday.
