'˜Leave has the edge,' says Milton Keynes MP
Even MP Iain Stewart has confirmed live on Twitter that Leave seems to be winning in Milton Keynes.
He has posted a video of himself at the vote count at ArenaMK, where David Cameron appeared in Question Time last Sunday.
Tory Iain, who is a Leave voter, said of the voting: “It looks pretty close. there’s maybe a slight edge for lead but it’s early days yet.”
Local Conservative councillor Alex Walker was less cautious earlier. He revealed early signs were showing a “strong” lead for Leave in Milton Keynes.
The final result is not expected until 3pm.
