He and his brother, renowned trainer Stephen Baggaley, will host a Table Tennis Tournament on Friday 11th March at The Leisure Centre from 7pm.

Members of the public are welcome to go along to join in. The charges are £3 for juniors and £5 for adults, with all proceeds going to Sport Relief.

The winners will be presented with a Tournament Cup.

On Friday 18th March the leisure centre is holding a massive Sport Relief Clubbercise session between 7.30pm-8.30pm and wants to claim the title of the largest Clubbercise work out in Milton Keyes and beyond.

They hope hundreds of people will boogie along to club anthems from the 90′s and the latest chart hits. The dance routines will be easy to follow and there will even be glow sticks to add to the ‘rave’ atmosphere.

The Clubbercise will be suitable for ages eight to 80 and will cost £3 for juniors and £5 for adults.
