London Midland Trains win award for supporting staff
London Midland Trains has achieved the top Gold '¨Investors in People (IiP) award for the way it trains, manages and supports its staff.
The firm, which runs the route between Northampton and London Euston and stops at Hemel, Berkhamsted and Tring, is only the fourth train operator to achieve the gold standard.
London Midland achieved Silver IiP status when it was assessed three years ago.
