Longer waits for people ringing police in Milton Keynes
Some callers to the 101 Thames Valley Police non-emergency line have waited longer '˜than expected' for their calls to be answered.
The force have been upgrading the phone systems in our contact management centres today.
A spokesperson said: “Thank you for your patience while this upgrade work is finished. If your call is an emergency, always dial 999.”
