Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service sent two fire engines and two crews to the incident in Marlborough Street, Eaglestone, on Sunday (November 15) at around 11.20am.
Firefighters said no-one was trapped but the man and two women were left in the care of South Central Ambulance Service (SCAS).
SCAS said: "The three patients all had minor injuries – two required further treatment at Milton Keynes University Hospital and the third we treated at the scene."
