Man assaulted in city park

A 21-year-old was assaulted in a children’s play area by two men.

It happened yesterday at around 8pm in the playing field in Oldbrook Boulevard, Oldbrook.

The victim was punched him in the face multiple times.

He walked away down Oldbrook Boulevard towards Evans Gate.

PC Adam Feeney said: “This is an assault in which a 21-year-old man received injuries to his face, and was treated at Milton Keynes General Hospital.

“He has since been discharged.

“I would like to hear from anyone who was in the park at around 8pm on Tuesday evening and may have seen this assault.

“The first offender is a white man, in his early twenties, about 6ft, thin, with short dark hair, wearing a black hooded-top and Nike trainers.

“The second offender is a white man, in his early twenties, about 5ft 8ins, of medium build, with short dark hair, a beard and a moustache. He was wearing a purple and white checked shirt.”
