A 25-year-old man who was arrested after a car crash in Millers Way, Milton Keynes, last week has been released on bail.
The man was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving after he was suspected to have been driving whilst unfit through drink or drugs.
A man and woman were killed in the three-car collision at the junction of Hodge Lea Lane on Friday, but the victims are yet to be named.
The man has been released on bail until July 31 when he will return to Milton Keynes Police Station.
Thames Valley Police originally reported the man was 26 years old, but this was incorrect.
