Man charged over murder of woman in Milton Keynes

Ryan Blacknell, aged 24, of no fixed abode, was arrested on Friday, December 8, on suspicion of murder and was re-arrested and charged on December 12. with one count of murder. Blacknell was remanded in custody to appear at Milton Keynes Magistrates’ Court today, (December 13).

The charge is in connection with the death of a 29-year-old woman, who was found deceased at a property in Newport Road, New Bradwell, on Thursday (7/12). Formal identification is yet to take place however officers believe the deceased to be Ella Parker, of Milton Keynes.

A Home Office Post-Mortem examination established the cause of death to be as a result of puncture wounds to the neck. Her next of kin are continuing to be supported by specially-trained family liaison officers.
